GLX Bharat par rent lene wala user (Renter) aur item dene wala (Owner/Vendor) dono terms ko accept karte hain.

– Full payment advance mein dena hoga
– Security deposit refundable hoga (conditions ke saath)
– Late payment par penalty lagegi

– Minimum aur maximum rental period item ke hisaab se hoga
– Late return par extra charges lagenge

– Har item par deposit alag hoga
– Damage ya loss hone par deposit se cut hoga

5. ⚠️ Damage & Responsibility

– Rented item ki poori zimmedari renter ki hogi
– Kisi bhi damage, loss ya misuse par charges lagenge

6. 🚫 Prohibited Use

– Illegal kaam ke liye use mana hai
– Unauthorized resale ya transfer allowed nahi hai

7. 🔁 Cancellation & Refund

– Booking cancel karne par charges lag sakte hain
– Refund policy item aur timing ke hisaab se hogi

8. 📦 Delivery & Pickup

– Delivery charges alag ho sakte hain
– Pickup delay par extra charge lagega

9. 👤 User Verification

– Valid ID aur mobile verification zaroori hai
– Fake details par account block ho sakta hai

10. ⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

– Sare disputes India ke kanoon ke tahat handle honge
– Court jurisdiction seller ya company location par depend karega

– Sirf original aur working condition items list karein
– Fake listing par account suspend ho sakta hai
– Commission GLX Bharat charge karega
