GLX Bharat is an online marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers for the sale of new (first-hand) and used (second-hand) products. GLX Bharat does not manufacture, own, or directly sell the listed products unless explicitly mentioned.
2. Warranty on First-Hand (New) Products
2.1 Manufacturer Warranty
All new products listed on GLX Bharat may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, as provided by the respective brand or seller.
Warranty duration (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, 2 years) depends on the product category and brand.
Buyers must check product details before purchase.
2.2 GLX Verified Seller Warranty (Optional Feature)
If the product is marked as “GLX Verified”, the seller guarantees:
Genuine product condition
Proper invoice provided
Valid brand warranty (if applicable)
GLX Bharat may assist in coordinating warranty claims but is not responsible for approving or rejecting claims.
3. Warranty on Second-Hand (Used) Products
3.1 No Default Warranty
Used products generally do not carry any warranty, unless clearly mentioned in the listing.
3.2 Seller Warranty (If Mentioned)
If a seller offers “Seller Warranty” (e.g., 7 days checking warranty), it must be clearly written in the product description.
GLX Bharat may mediate disputes but is not legally liable for product defects.
4. What is Covered Under Warranty (If Applicable)

5. What is Not Covered

6. Warranty Claim Process
Buyer must keep original invoice/transaction proof.
Contact the brand service center (for new products).
For seller warranty, contact seller via GLX chat within warranty period.
If unresolved, raise dispute through GLX Support within 48 hours of issue detection.
GLX Bharat reserves the right to suspend sellers who repeatedly violate warranty commitments.
7. GLX Bharat Liability Disclaimer
GLX Bharat is only a technology platform.
The responsibility of product quality and warranty lies with the seller or manufacturer.
GLX Bharat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Refund in Case of Warranty Approval
If warranty claim is approved by seller/manufacturer:
Product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded as per their policy.
Refund timeline: 5-10 working days (if applicable).
